Wedding Package
Before even arriving at your wedding, time is taken to prepare and plan for your event. After helping with hundreds of weddings, in all shapes and sizes, from locations throughout Central and Northern New York, we've learned even the smallest of gatherings need a certain amount of time for everyone to enjoy themselves. Because of this, our wedding package has a minimum of 4 hours. Any time needed over the 1st four hours of PLAYING time can be added at our standard hourly rate.
The wedding package includes one hour of travel time from our home base. If additional travel time is required, any travel fee would be determined once the address of your location is provided and the route is mapped.
There is no additional charge for set-up or breakdown of the "main system" used for the reception. If we are also providing music and/or a mic for your wedding ceremony in an area away from where the reception will be held, an additional "2nd system" would be required and there is an additional $50 set-up and breakdown fee for that 2nd system. (Note: we have the ability to run our 2nd system on it's own power for about an hour, so if you desire a location for your wedding ceremony that does not have power available, we can help!)
Our standard lighting package includes a variety of lighting effects to help accentuate the beat of the music during the dance party and is included, depending upon the time of day, other venue lighting and space available for set up. Additional lighting effects, 'up-lighting" can be added at an additional fee.
A wireless mic will be provided for toasts, blessings and remarks.
The planning, we believe one of the greatest assets we offer, from our years of experience helping with hundreds of weddings, is also included as part of the service we provide. Timing of activities, adapting timelines to your particular location or venue and accommodating special requests are all important factors to consider when trying to determine the best flow for making your special day as wonderful as it should be.
When Additional Fees May Apply:
- Additional time needed over the first 4 hour minimum.
- 2nd system set-up and breakdown
- Travel distance more than 1 hour from our home base.
- Possible accommodations if more than 2 hours traveling distance and ending late in the evening.
- Special lighting effects (example - up-lighting).
- Early set-up (normally we arrive 1 hour before event to set up equipment, 1.5 hours when including 2nd system).
- Credit Card Payments are processed through PayPal and processing fee is added to balance.
